Sales Account Manager

Essential Responsibilities

  1. Source, develop and manage opportunities and accounts to achieve revenue targets
  2. Sell into complex IT environments
  3. Manage for all direct and indirect sales activities for designated accounts
  4. Ability to work with different levels of customer’s management to support your sales objectives
  5. Relationship management, coordinate presales activities including proposal preparation, presentation and contract negotiation
  6. Develop account and sales strategies and initiatives for future growth
  7. Teamwork with peers and cross-functions as well as collaborative work with partners.

Job Requirements

  1. Proven track record in successfully closing large accounts and achieving sales targets
  2. 5 years of IT software sales with a minimum of 3 years of experience in consultative and solutions sales into large IT users in Korea
  3. Ability to make insightful, timely decisions in difficult, complex deals and opportunities
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication, and presentation skills
  5. English Language preferred

 

Channel Sales Manager

Essential responsibilities

  1. Source, develop and manage Resellers & Partners to cover the market segment. Partner mapping in Market Segment Matrix.
  2. Assist Resellers & partners to sell into complex IT environments
  3. Develop joint business plan for addressing partner GTM(Go To Market) strategy
  4. Relationship management, coordinate presales activities including proposal preparation, presentation and contract negotiation in sizable project.
  5. Develop Resellers and partners and sales strategy and initiatives for future growth.

Job Requirements

  1. Proven track record in channel sales and achieving sales targets
  2. 2~5 years of IT software sales with minimum of 3 years of experience in multi-tier and/or direct sales
  3. Ability to make insightful, timely decisions in difficult, complex deals and opportunities.
  4. Conflict management skill is required.
  5. English Language preferred

 

Solutions Architect

Essential responsibilities

  1. Demonstrate complete understanding of all Technical aspects in the sales process
  2. Develop detail task plans or technical approaches for complex products
  3. Work closely with sales to provide technical expertise and assistance within sales opportunities
  4. Post sales planning, implementation, consulting and training with customers when required
  5. Establish and maintain relationships with clients, prospects and partners
  6. Develop and deliver quality standard Quest software presentations and technical papers.
  7. (White papers, competitive analysis, POC, BMT, value position, etc.)
  8. Submit all administrative paperwork in a timely and detailed fashion
  9. Attend appropriate internal and external training as guided by management.

Technical Requirements

  1. Application and/or Database management part
    1. Bachelor's degree equivalent in technology related subject preferred
    2. At least 2 years application development & design work for some combination of JEE, .NET, C and SOA
    3. Experience with messaging systems and middleware (i.e. MQSeries, etc)
    4. Solid written and verbal communication skills, preferably with experience presenting to large groups
    5. ERP Application (i.e. SAP, Oracle E-business, PeopleSoft, Siebel) experience a plus
    6. Preferably some systems management technology experience (i.e. HP Openview, IBM Tivoli, CA/Wily, Mercury Interactive, Compuware, etc.)
    7. Advanced software technical problem solving skills
    8. Deep experience with a wide range of platform technologies (Oracle, DB2/UDB, SQL, Websphere, Weblogic, .NET, etc)
    9. Technical consulting experience preferred
    10. Detail oriented, “hands-on”, project management skills, including proven ability to drive accountability of all project participants
  2. Windows management part
    1. Bachelor's degree equivalent in technology related subject preferred
    2. System administration or Consulting experience with Microsoft technologies such as: Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, SharePoint Server, SQL Server, Windows Server, & Unix/Linux
    3. Strong enterprise Active Directory and Exchange Server experience including design and deployment
    4. Exchange and or Active Directory migration experience
    5. Ability to understand, configure, administer Windows infrastructure components (Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, etc)
    6. Administration and/or deployment of SharePoint server (WSS 2.0, WSS 3.0,MOSS 2007)
    7. Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server, Systems Center, Operations Manager 2007 (MOM 2005), or Configuration Manager 2007 (SMS 2003)
    8. Basic understanding of following is beneficial: Directory services like SunOne, Novell E Directory, LDAP. Unix/Linux, Lotus Notes
    9. Solid written and verbal communication skills, preferably with experience presenting to large groups
    10. Advanced software technical problem solving skills
    11. Detail oriented, “hands-on”, project management skills, including proven ability to drive accountability of all project participants
