New features in Quest Central Explorer v3.0:

• Create Custom Styles - Change the style of the explorer by selecting an existing style from a list. You can also clone an existing style, customize it, and add it to the list. A preview window helps you visualize the changes before you apply them.
• Adjust Panel Size - Use a splitter to adjust the height of the Documentation, Tools, Databases, and Neighborhood panels and the width of the panel that contains the Databases, Neighborhood, and Recent panels. When you change the size of one panel, the other panels resize proportionally.
• Reorganize Tools - Drag and drop tools to reorder the display in the Tools section.
• Change or Update Licenses - View the current state of licenses for the Quest products currently installed on your machine. Use this dialog to add a license, edit a license, or create a License Support Bundle.
