By default, the agent service on a computer with Public Folder Migrator is scheduled to always run, and therefore all enabled migration jobs assigned to that computer are executed immediately. Modify the agent’s schedule, for example, to perform migration during off-peak hours. User RedirectionAfter the migration completes, you can choose to redirect users accessing migrated public folders in Microsoft Outlook to the corresponding target object on SharePoint. For instance, if a Contacts folder has been migrated to a contacts list on a SharePoint site and redirection is enabled, users will see the target list in the right pane when they select the source public folder in Outlook.
