Geoff Vona
Next Generation Systems Management Architecture Expert
Geoff Vona is the director of development for the Foglight Core at Quest Software. At Quest, he initially worked in Java monitoring, then core monitoring, and has worked on Foglight since 2004. He has more than 20 years of experience in the software industry, and has two Foglight-related patents pending. Before joining Quest in 2002, Geoff served as director of R&D for Everypath/Sitraka Mobility, and, prior to that, was a development manager for JClass. He has been a Java developer since 1996, working in C++ since 1989. He is the author of a new Foglight.org blog, called
Dark Corners, and has been a featured speaker at JavaOne and Software Summit.
