JProbe Licensing Information

What's Best for You: Node-Locked or Concurrent Licensing?

JProbe licensing provides flexibility, and allows our customers to license JProbe in a way that best accommodates their unique environments and needs.

For individuals or small development teams, we offer node-locked licensing, which allows for local or remote analysis of Java applications running in their native environment. Node-locked licenses are specifically tied to named user, machine, and OS type.

For development teams requiring greater deployment flexibility, we offer concurrent licensing. multi-OS concurrent licensing allows simultaneous (or "concurrent") use of JProbe tools by one or more users, up to the maximum number of users specified in the license agreement. Multi-OS Concurrent licensing is administered by the Quest Software License Server.
